Cara Merubah Nama Pada Akun Payza

Pada beberapa waktu lalu, saya pernah posting tentang Cara Verifikasi Payza tanpaKartu Kredit. Agar proses verifikasi secara manual tersebut berhasil, maka harus ada kesesuaian nama dan identitas antara akun payza dengan dokumen-dokumen yang nanti diminta pihak Payza.

Masalahnya, bagaimana jika ada perbedaan antara nama di akun Payza dengan dokumen, misal KTP?  Misalkan, pada saat mendaftar Payza anda tidak menyertakan nama belakang dengan lengkap atau tidak menyertakan titel anda, sedangkan di KTP titel kesarjanaan anda disertakan? Maka solusinya adalah identitas pada Payza anda perlu dirubah. Bagaimana caranya?...Berikut saya share saat saya merubah nama pada akun Payza.

Cara merubah nama di akun Payza:

• Buka www.payza.com/support 
• Klik Submit a ticket to our support team

 

• Klik My Account Support, lalu pilih Changing Personal Information. Klik Next

• Anda akan sampai pada halaman Your ticket details. Isi nama lengkap, alamat email payza anda, subject (judul ticket), dan message (isi pesan). 

Misal untuk subject bisa diisi “How I can change my name”.

Untuk message, bisa diisi seperti ini: 

Dear Customer Support,

I want to change my last name in Payza Account. What must I do? Thank you.

• Isi captcha. Klik Submit

• Tunggu email balasan dari Payza…. Berikut ini contoh email balasan dari Payza ke saya:

Hi Dwi Suka,

My name is Sharon, and let me start by thanking you for contacting us.
In order to change the name you currently have registered in your Payza account, you will need to submit the proper documents to confirm the name you wish to change it to. We require two pieces of photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, country ID or state ID.
Please attach your documents with your reply to this email, ensuring both files are in the .JPEG, .JPG format and are each under 1 MB in size.
Please also note that the scan of your photo IDs should be clear and that at least three of the four sides of your photo IDs should be visible.
Once we are able to verify your correct name, the information on your Payza account will be updated to reflect the documents submitted.

Intinya, pihak Payza yang diwakili oleh Mbak Sharon meminta 2 dokumen yang ada foto saya, seperti SIM, passport atau KTP.Dan file-file tersebut dalam bentuk JPEG/JPG. 

• Jika dapat email seperti itu, segera balas email tersebut dengan menyertakan dokumen-dokumen yang diminta. Contoh, saya menyertakan scan KTP dan SIM.Berikut balasan saya:

Hi Sharon,

As your answer, I submit scans of my ID card and my driver license.  I hope the documents are enough for changing my last name. Thanks.

• Tunggu kabar dari Payza. Berikut contoh email konfirmasi dari Payza:

Hello  ……..,

Thank you for your reply and documentation.
We have approved your proof of identity and have updated your Payza profile to reflect your true last name.

Jika anda dapat email seperti di atas, itu artinya dokumen yang anda kirim di-approve dan perubahan nama anda berhasil.
